ARRIVE ON TIME. Please do not arrive early or late. As a courtesy to the patron before you, please do not arrive before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee (15% of service fee)
Arrive makeup-free: Please arrive without any eye makeup like mascara, eyeliner, or eye shadow. Clean lashes ensure better adhesion during the treatment.
Avoid waterproof products: Steer clear of waterproof mascara or products with heavy oils a few days before your appointment. These can create a barrier, affecting the lift.
Contact lenses: If you wear contact lenses, it's advisable to remove them before the treatment. Feel free to bring your case along.
Be informed: Have any questions? Feel free to ask! It's a great time to clarify doubts or discuss your preferences with the lash technician.
Plan your time: Lash lifts can take around 45 minutes to 75min, so plan accordingly.
